NOBATEK, which was initially an association, was transformed into a cooperative society of collective interest<\/strong> in the form of a public limited company (SA-SCIC) in 2017 to facilitate its development.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The SCIC status was chosen collectively in order to maintain its non-profit nature<\/strong> and the long-term collective dynamic of those who were previously members of the association.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Our associates are grouped into seven colleges<\/strong> of equal weight, representing the stakeholders in NOBATEK’s activities (companies, project managers, contractors, researchers, public actors, employees and experts).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

C\u00e9dric Loret, Managing Director of LogiRep, Polylogis Group, has been chairing the SCIC since June 2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The SCIC currently has nearly 90 members.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

The Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 Coop\u00e9rative d’Int\u00e9r\u00eat Collectif (SCIC) brings together all the key players in the sector, and any employees who wish to join, to work on a joint energy transition project for the building industry.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

How to join<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The members are grouped into categories that have a different relationship to the company’s activities. Their coming together creates the multi-partnership that characterises the SCIC. The categories are mutually exclusive. Each member is required to subscribe to a predefined minimum number of shares. The value of a share is 200 euros.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
