The project is designed to support companies of all sizes, with a particular emphasis on small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). The tools and methodologies developed through this initiative will be tested in various scenarios across three pilot sites located in France, Italy, and Spain.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-coopi-section\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-coopi-media-text\"><figure class=\"wp-block-media-text__media\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1385\" height=\"691\" src=\"https:\/\/www.nobatek.com\/app\/uploads\/2025\/01\/data_platform_bim4ren.png\" alt=\"sch\u00e9ma explicatif de la plateforme bim4ren\" class=\"wp-image-581 size-undefined\" \/><\/figure><div class=\"wp-block-media-text__content\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Results<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The advancements should enable the following:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The creation of digital models of existing buildings.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The use of these models to enhance energy efficiency and reduce energy consumption through improved design.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Additional actions include publishing a BIM (Building Information Modeling) scheme for renovations, integrating BIM with thermal simulation tools, and digitizing buildings based on descriptive documentation.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-coopi-section\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Mission<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>As the project coordinator, NOBATEK is leading all activities.
