About us
NOBATEK is a cooperative comprising 80 people who support organisations in the construction and regional development sectors with their transition, innovation and resilience projects.
For over 20 years, our mission has been to drive and facilitate change in the building industry, to ensure a viable future. Combining applied research, engineering and digital technologies, our multidisciplinary teams support public authorities, industrial companies and construction professionals in addressing the challenges of decarbonisation and climate adaptation.
Our expertise covers low-carbon construction, deep renovation strategies, life cycle assessment (LCA), circular economy, resource efficiency and the integration of bio-based and geo-based materials. We also develop advanced approaches based on building performance simulation, dynamic thermal modelling, environmental assessment and building physics.
At the intersection of digital and environmental engineering, NOBATEK works on BIM processes, 3D data acquisition, digital twin technologies, artificial intelligence and data-driven decision support tools for buildings and territories. Through collaborative R&D projects and European initiatives, we contribute to the development of innovative solutions for energy efficiency, indoor environmental quality, summer thermal comfort and sustainable urban resilience.
